What is preschool management software?
It is one system that runs a play school, nursery or kindergarten: enquiries and admissions, attendance, parent messages, fees, staff and progress reports. In Schoolcanvas these share one record for each child, and parents see what concerns them in the parent app.
Can parents get updates in their own language?
Yes. Announcements and alerts can go out by app, WhatsApp, SMS or email, in English, Hindi or your regional language, and messages come from your school’s name. Delivery reports show who received each one.
Do teachers have to share their phone numbers with parents?
No. Parents write to the class teacher in the app and see only the teacher’s name. Teachers do not see parents’ personal numbers either.
How do you handle a child who is collected early?
The front desk creates a gate pass for the early exit and verifies it by OTP. Every pass is recorded, so you can look back at who left early and when.
Can parents pay fees online?
Yes. Parents pay through the app or a reminder link, using UPI, cards or net banking through gateways such as Razorpay, Cashfree, CCAvenue and BillDesk. Instalments, sibling discounts and late fines are all supported, and payments settle straight into your account.
Is there teaching material for nursery classes?
