Yes. Hostel and cafeteria are linked to student and fee records, so their charges appear in the same fee system. Parents can pay online with 45+ payment options.
How are parents told when a boarder visits the infirmary?
The Infirmary add-on records each visit, the symptoms and the treatment, with the student’s medical history to hand, and updates reach parents in the Schoolcanvas app.
Do wardens need a computer?
No. Every staff member, including wardens, teachers, drivers and office staff, has the Schoolcanvas mobile app.
How are outings and visitors recorded?
The front office keeps a visitor log with the purpose of the visit, whom the visitor is meeting and how many came. Students going out get a gate pass verified by OTP, and every pass is kept for reports.
We have day-scholars too. Do we need two systems?
No. Boarders and day-scholars share one student record, class register, report card and parent app. Boarders also have a hostel room and bed; day-scholars can have a bus route, pickup point and transport fee.
How long does it take to go live?
