When is support available?
Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, and Saturday from 9 am to 4 pm. During these hours our support team responds within 5 minutes, by phone, e-mail or chat.
How fast will you reply to an enquiry?
Within 4 working hours. If you write in the evening or on a Sunday, we reply early on the next working day.
Where do schools log in?
Schools that already use Schoolcanvas log in at app.schoolcanvas.com, or through their school-branded mobile app.
How do I see Schoolcanvas in action?
Book a free 45-minute demo, online or at your school. We call you within 4 working hours to fix a time, and after the demo you can take a 1-month free trial of the ERP and Assist.
Can I get a price over the phone?
Pricing depends on the suites you choose, the number of students and whether you add Assist. After a short call or demo we send a clear quote for your school.
